First of all just a really great person. Lots of experience in all parts of building and remodeling. He’s a licensed builder and contractor but also can do most parts of a remodel so although I needed small electrical, drywall, walls built, painting, mudding, floor removal he was able to do it all. So not a lot of different people coming through. Fast, works very hard, nice guy, good communicator.

Jim is a professional. He knows every step of the process he's working on. He installed the backsplash in my kitchen and took no shortcuts. When he installed my vent over the stove it didn't fit so he had to cut it to a smaller size, every cut had to be perfect and it was. He was able to figure out several problems as they arose. His motto "I'll figure it out" He did! He did 15 other odd jobs in my house, hung pictures, the fixtures in my bathroom. I was amazed when he was hanging something he would look at the space and put the item exactly where it belonged. He nailed it every time. He works at a steady pace going from one task to another easily.
